About the role

  • Analista de Requisitos SR developing marketing solutions and requirement modeling for GrupoSC Trade Marketing team. Collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting Power Platform initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Model requirements using techniques such as use cases, user stories, flowcharts and BPMN
  • Prepare and maintain clear, structured documentation using tools like Word, Excel, Visio and Miro
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications that are understandable to development and consulting teams
  • Map and analyze marketing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation
  • Manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle, including prioritization, traceability and validation with stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings between involved areas, promoting alignment between Marketing, IT and CRM partners
  • Support initiatives involving the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), contributing functional insights
  • Understand integration flows between systems such as ERP, CRM and email marketing platforms
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining a proactive attitude and solution focus
  • Work with a results-oriented mindset, considering customer experience as the central axis of deliverables

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in requirements modeling: use cases, user stories, flowcharts and BPMN
  • Conceptual understanding of CRM and its application in Marketing, Sales and Support
  • Familiarity with Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Basic understanding of data integration between systems (ERP, CRM, email marketing)
  • Knowledge of marketing processes: lead generation, campaigns, customer journey and conversion metrics
  • Communication skills: translate business needs into technical requirements and facilitate cross-functional meetings
  • Requirements management: prioritization, traceability and stakeholder validation
  • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Analytical thinking with a solution focus
  • Results-oriented mindset and customer experience focus
  • Experience with agile methodologies is desirable
  • Knowledge of UX/UI is desirable
