Support initiatives involving the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), contributing functional insights

Requirements
Strong proficiency in requirements modeling: use cases, user stories, flowcharts and BPMN
Conceptual understanding of CRM and its application in Marketing, Sales and Support

Basic understanding of data integration between systems (ERP, CRM, email marketing)
