About the role
- Maintain all business-as-usual reporting for CX & CXLT
- Design, build, and automate new solutions and dashboards for stakeholders
- Build robust data pathways and enable self-service solutions
- Use SQL, Python/R, and data engineering practices (e.g., DBT) to optimize performance and operational efficiency
- Translate analysis into well-researched recommendations to guide decision-making
- Provide technical oversight and support for the R&I team
- Support global CX leadership with analysis, advice, and recommendations to improve performance
- Proactively identify and analyze issues, risks, and opportunities to improve customer experience
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and coach/mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in data analysis using SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI
- Technical expertise in SQL, Python or R, and data engineering practices (like DBT)
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python (desirable)
- Experience with LLM’s / AI tooling
- Experience with Salesforce and Google Analytics (desirable)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Diligence and commitment to following through and resolving problems
- Initiative and ability to self manage, along with flexibility
- Ability to build effective relationships and be a proactive team player
- Experience coaching or mentoring junior team members (as senior analyst)
