Responsibilities
Support the execution of Celsion's commercial strategy in alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements
Acquire, maintain and deepen relationships with discerning, high-net-worth clients; oversee successful delivery of our product range with a focus on digital assets
Support company growth by identifying market developments and developing strategic partnerships that secure sustainable profitability and client retention
Contribute to implementing and maintaining effective processes that support Celsion's growth and improve operational efficiency
Collaborate with other stakeholders and departments; actively shape a high-performance culture focused on exceeding client expectations
Participate in ongoing learning and development activities to enhance personal and team capabilities
Contribute to improving Celsion's product and service portfolio to adapt offerings to the evolving needs of a digital banking landscape
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of professional experience in the financial sector, private banking or wealth management, preferably with experience in digital assets or comparable financial markets
Higher education such as a university/technical college degree in finance, economics, business administration or relevant industry certifications (CFA, CWMA, CDAA or equivalent)
Solid understanding of financial markets, products and services, regulatory frameworks and wealth management concepts
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused, advisory approach aimed at conversion and relationship development
Ability to articulate complex topics clearly and fluently in German and English for diverse audiences; additional languages are an advantage
Experience, knowledge or curiosity in digital assets and crypto is a strong plus
Ability to work in fast-paced fintech environments as part of a team
