Responsibilities
The Senior Project Manager plans, directs, and coordinates activities and resources to ensure that goals or objectives of projects are accomplished within prearranged time frames and within funding parameters.
The incumbent is responsible for managing medium to large-sized project teams that deliver measurable business results by monitoring project activities, ensuring the quality and integrity of the information, and providing consistency in content and “look and feel” across the enterprise.
The Senior Project Manager facilitates the resource management process by tracking resource skills, committed effort, actual effort, and administering the resource scheduling system.
Being part of Regional organization requires the ability to understand the complexity of each market solutions and navigate across the processes, considering each market similarities and exceptions, in order to manage complex and multi-cultural projects.
