Responsibilities
Lead and oversee complex construction projects for the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario (MTO).
Provide strategic direction, manage project teams, and ensure successful project delivery through effective planning, risk management, quality control, and client engagement.
Mentor staff, support business development, and foster strong client relationships.
Act as an ambassador for LEA, promoting our expertise and services to current and potential clients.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related discipline.
Professional Engineer (P.Eng) with the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO).
Minimum 15 years of experience in construction project management, including at least 5 years managing MTO projects.
Proven experience successfully leading MTO High complexity construction projects.
Strong experience in leading, mentoring, and developing high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
Exceptional client-facing and relationship management skills, serving as an effective ambassador for the organization.
Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, quality management processes, and risk management practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous learning, and professional development.
