- Oversee coordination of activities on multiple modern installation projects
- Ensure efficiency, cost containment, and customer satisfaction
- Complete projects on schedule, within budget, and meet all technical & safety standards
- Coordinate all contract activities from project award to completion
- Provide progress review of projects to ensure consistency with contract documents
- Communicate proactively with multiple client representatives
- Work closely with internal sales staff, superintendents, and senior leadership
- Manage billing, consultant and contractor payments, process RFIs, and optimize change order opportunities
- Accurately interpret construction contractual documents and modifications
- Analyze situations and develop contingencies for estimates
Requirements
- 3+ years elevator industry project management and/or construction experience desired
- Familiarity with cost estimating, scheduling, and contract administration
- Ability to read and review architectural and structural drawings
- Team-oriented and adaptable in dynamic settings
- Self-motivated, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft software within technical environments
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
