- Leitung eines Projektteams und Verantwortung für Planung und Umsetzung komplexer Mainframe-Programme von der Deal/Planungsphase bis zur Implementierung und Hypercarephase
- Fortschrittsberichte an Kunden und Management liefern
- Beratung des Kunden über Optimierungspotentiale basierend auf dem Standardportfolio von T-Systems und Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen
- Steuerung von Projektvorhaben wie LPAR-Migrationen, -konsolidierungen und komplexen Systemmodernisierungen
- Führung und Koordination interdisziplinärer Teams (Middleware, Batch-Scheduling, Storage/Backup, Security, Software Automation, Netzwerk)
- Verantwortung für Zeit-, Budget- und Qualitätsziele
- Etablierung geeigneter agiler und klassischer PM-Methoden unter Berücksichtigung von Change-, Release- und CAB-Prozessen (ITIL)
- Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen sowie aktives Stakeholder- und Eskalationsmanagement bis auf CXO-Ebene
- Verwaltung relevanter Wissensbereiche im Einklang mit PM-Buch/Angebotsprozess
Requirements
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Universitätsabschluss, vorzugsweise mit technischem Hintergrund oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
- Mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, insbesondere in großen multinationalen IT-Unternehmen
- Erfahrung in der Verwaltung komplexer Mainframe-Projekte
- Sehr gutes Grundverständnis der Mainframe-Kerntechnologien (z. B. JCL, CICS, AJM/Job Scheduling, COBOL, IBM MQ)
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Skriptsprachen wie Python oder REXX
- Sicherer Umgang mit Projektmanagement-Tools wie MS Project
- Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Power Automate sowie MS Power BI
- Anerkanntes Zertifikat in Projektmanagement (PMI/PMP, IPMA/GPM, Prince2)
- Aktuelles ITIL V4 Foundation Zertifikat
- Kenntnisse agiler Projektmethoden und Erfahrung in agilen Organisationsstrukturen
- Sehr starke Analyse- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten auf CXO-Ebene
- Hohe Belastbarkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Engagement und Motivation
- Mehrere Jahre praktische Erfahrung in der Planung und Kontrolle von Projekten
- Fähigkeit, KPI-Systeme und Finanzen im Kontext des Projektmanagements zu kontrollieren
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (Level C1)
- Reisebereitschaft; Arbeiten an verschiedenen Projektorten
