About the role

  • Senior Product Pricing Analyst driving strategic pricing initiatives for PGIM's global revenue. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop pricing frameworks and proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Are you ready to take on strategic pricing initiatives that directly impact PGIM’s global revenue?
  • Lead strategic pricing discussions with executive and senior management across PGIM.
  • Develop and refine pricing frameworks for separate accounts and pooled vehicles (UCITS, QIF, SICAV, FCP, 40 Act funds).
  • Analyze investment performance data and pricing trends to support business decisions and revenue growth.
  • Oversee the creation of pricing proposals and performance reports for client presentations.
  • Collaborate with legal to oversee and manage client onboarding processes.
  • Drive process improvements and automation in pricing and performance analytics.
  • Lead special projects and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, or Pricing within asset management or similar industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; CFA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Understanding of investments in Fixed Income, Private Credit, Real Estate or Quant Equities.
  • Experience with global fund structures and regulatory environments.
  • Ability to proactively identify and implement process improvements.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities.
