About the role

  • Client Pricing Specialist managing customer pricing solutions and inquiries for Uline's extensive product range. Building strong customer relationships through direct communication and tailored solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with special pricing requests, addressing pricing inquiries and recommending tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through phone and email interactions.
  • Provide insights and feedback from customers to help shape Uline product offerings.
  • Collaborate across Uline's internal departments to meet our customer's needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years inside sales or call center experience.
  • Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Industrial products experience preferred.
