Responsibilities
- Lead projects and improvements, ensuring alignment with business priorities and resolution of internal client requests;
- Manage multiple projects and improvements simultaneously, overseeing them from development through to closure;
- Develop schedules with support from Technology and Underwriting teams, organize documentation and monitor project progress from start to finish;
- Support and obtain necessary approvals for project execution;
- Plan and develop processes, monitor errors and identify root causes for corrective actions;
- Monitor project phases, ensuring compliance with established deadlines and SLAs;
- Produce status reports and assist in preparing follow-up reports after delivery of improvements and projects;
- Write project stories including all required specifications and lead meetings with requesting areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Law, Actuarial Technology or related fields;
- Proven experience at an insurance company, with roles in product, operations, projects or continuous improvement;
- Deep knowledge of insurance processes, from sale through claims settlement, with emphasis on product management, including product specifics, policy and general conditions;
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and Azure DevOps;
- Experience in project management and knowledge of agile methodologies (Lean, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, etc.);
- Intermediate English;
- MBA or postgraduate degree is considered a plus.
