About the role

  • Product Manager role at Drata supporting growth by aligning product strategy with business objectives. Conducting customer research, managing product roadmaps, and defining product requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Define long-term product strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Conduct user interviews, surveys, and market analysis to identify customer pain points
  • Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps with clear prioritization criteria
  • Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and user stories
  • Define and track key product metrics including user engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams on product launches
  • Present product updates to executive leadership
  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand technical constraints

Requirements

  • 4+ years designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role
  • Experience with third-party risk management or third-party continuous monitoring
  • Deep customer empathy
  • Passion for identifying and solving problems with the ability to conduct effective customer interviews
  • Capable of breaking down a big vision into small deliverables
  • Ruthless prioritization of the backlog
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Exceptional collaboration skills working with PMs, engineers, designers, marketers, and customer success teams
  • Growth mindset with a desire for continuous improvement
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a data-informed mindset
