- Senior Product Owner focused on developing digital solutions for manufacturing at Caterpillar. Collaborating with engineering and stakeholders to drive product outcomes and improvements.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with enterprise capability owners and business process owners to address and resolve problems
- Expands product usage
- Coordinates with data scientists, systems engineers, and application engineers to track and communicate design, development, support, and maintenance issues and solutions
- Identifies, documents, and reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems and bugs
- Gathers and consolidates feedback from business process owners and internal stakeholders
- Answers facility support, IT, and process owner questions
- Provides guidance and support for product integration and infrastructure issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering digital products in manufacturing or supply chain environments
- Hands-on use of Azure DevOps and Agile methodologies
- Demonstrated expertise in AI and GenAI application development
- Strong background collaborating with Data Scientists, Systems Engineers, and Application Engineers
- Preferred certifications: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), DevOps practices, digital twin technologies, and NVIDIA Omniverse
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and business analysis skills.
