About the role

  • Develop and execute robust go-to-market strategies and marketing campaigns that effectively communicate the value of HealthStream's offerings to target audiences.
  • Partner with Product Management, Sales, Customer Service, Implementations, and Creative teams to ensure strategic alignment and support in achieving business goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and marketing strategies, ensuring a clear and differentiated market presence.
  • Craft compelling messaging and positioning frameworks that resonate with buyer personas, driving engagement and conversion across multiple channels.
  • Equip sales teams with the necessary tools and collateral, including presentations, case studies, and product sheets, to effectively nurture leads and close deals.
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives.
  • Own and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) for products, including MQLs, SQLs, pipeline growth, and marketing-generated NOV.
  • Collaborate with the performance marketing team to design and implement strategic campaigns across various channels such as email, SEM/SEO, social media, digital advertising, account-based marketing (ABM), content marketing, and webinars.
  • Demonstrate the ability to make decisions and influence stakeholders independently, driving alignment and support for marketing strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to identify new opportunities for HealthStream's growth and competitive advantage.
  • Lead and manage junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing department.

Requirements

  • A mandatory minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in B2B marketing or SaaS based company.
  • Successfully spearheaded the marketing efforts and GTM strategy for multiple launches that achieved proven growth.
  • Understands how to leverage the Martech stack and tools to improve and scale performance.
  • Experience using multiple analytics tools like Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc to ensure we’re focusing on data-driven results.
  • Degree in marketing, communications or related field preferred.
  • Some Healthcare experience or agency experience preferred but not required.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling that captivates and converts.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in managing and influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strategic thinker with a strong execution focus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a proven record of managing multiple projects simultaneously, and attention to detail.
  • An energetic, mature self-starter who efficiently completes tasks in a fast-paced environment and is not afraid of leadership is the perfect candidate.
  • The ability to manage relationships internally and externally is expected.
  • A team player that is willing to jump in and help when needed.
