Partnering directly with PSPs to understand their requirements, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
Collaborating with development, design, and delivery teams to define requirements and deliver best-in-class payment integrations to eCommerce platforms
Managing the product lifecycle from ideation through to launch, monitoring adoption, and iterating based on client and market feedback.
Acting as the voice of the client internally, ensuring the product meets commercial, technical, and end-user outcomes.
Supporting go-to-market activities, including sales enablement, positioning, and client onboarding.
Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders at PSPs, merchants, and technology partners
Driving forward a culture of continuous improvement, by constructively challenging the status quo and championing data-driven decisions.
Requirements
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
7+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 4 years in the payments industry
Proven success in delivering and enhancing B2B or platform products ideally related to payments integrations
Deep understanding of the payment ecosystem (PSPs, acquirers, gateways and merchant acceptance)
Track record of using and implementing AI-driven strategies to optimise product processes and/or deliver more adaptive, secure payment experiences
Experience of managing complex integrations, APIs and platform partnerships
Exceptional client engagement skills with a proven track building trusted relationships at a senior level
Strong analytical mindset, using data and market insights to drive decisions.
Adept at working in agile environments with globally distributed teams
Excellent attention to detail, oral and written communication skills
Interpersonal and consultative skills
Team player with excellent collaboration skills and a fantastic can-do attitude
**Desirable Experience & Knowledge **
Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce (Magento), BigCommerce, or SAP Commerce
Previous involvement in presales, RFP responses, or go-to-market activities
Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues
