About the role
- Senior Product Designer responsible for UX/UI of property management software. Collaborating with leadership and engineering to develop innovative digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- You design the UX/UI for our owners' portal and internal operations dashboard.
- You translate complex administrative processes into clear, digital workflows and understand the role AI can play in them.
- You work closely with Julius (CEO), Cip (CTO), Kento (Chief of Staff), and our in-house property management team to understand workflows and turn them into user-friendly designs.
- You evolve our design system and ensure consistent, high-quality UIs.
- Example projects you can contribute to: integrating cutting-edge AI applications into our own operating system; developing prototypes for our AI-ERP system; creating a mobile app for owners and tenants (e.g., automated applications and apartment viewing scheduling); designing an inbox feature for daily task management of our management team; designing a nationwide control tower used by the leadership team; and conducting user tests for the latest AI features to optimize the ticketing system.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a product designer in a tech/startup environment
- You love turning complex, manual processes into intuitive digital solutions.
- You can lead larger design projects end-to-end, from the initial prototype to implementation.
- You can collaborate with developers, product managers (PMs), and operations teams as an equal partner.
- You speak fluent German so you can gather key insights directly from the operations team.
- Bonus points: experience in PropTech, ERP systems, or other complex B2B workflows
