Requirements

  • Design intuitive and visually refined UX/UI solutions for web and mobile platforms.
  • Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
  • Design, implement, and evolve scalable design systems, style guides, and interaction concepts.
  • Translate strategic ideas and business requirements into engaging, user-centered experiences.
  • Present and articulate design decisions confidently to clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, strategists, creatives, and product teams to deliver cohesive outcomes.
  • Contribute to workshops, design sprints, and co-creation sessions while staying detail-oriented and taking ownership of your work.
  • Demonstrate proven experience in UX/UI design for digital products (agency experience is a plus) with strong proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Cloud experience is an advantage.
  • Exhibit a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and experience with complex digital platforms or brand ecosystems.
  • Communicate effectively in English (German is a plus) and bring structured, detail-focused, and proactive working methods.
  • Nice to have: basic HTML5/CSS knowledge, understanding of animation principles, and experience with visual development platforms such as Framer or Webflow.
