About the role

  • Design complete user journeys supporting women across every stage of their health, from the first period to menopause.
  • Design intuitive, user-centered experiences that empower users to better understand their bodies and health.
  • Collaborate closely with UX Researchers and Data Analysts to gather insights and validate design decisions.
  • Support Product Managers and Design Leads in shaping initiatives and defining the roadmap.
  • Partner with Content Designers to co-design and enhance content-driven experiences.
  • Run discovery activities and ideation sessions such as design sprints or workshops.
  • Develop end-to-end user journeys, from early-stage prototypes to high-fidelity mockups.
  • Advocate for accessibility (A11Y) and ensure designs are inclusive and scalable.
  • Work on initiatives including perimenopause experience and score, GenAI-powered insights and chats, weight management, and the Well-being Score.
  • Contribute to building the next generation of AI-powered, privacy-first, clinically backed digital health products.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms.
  • A portfolio showcasing case studies in product design projects, demonstrating strategic thinking, strong UX/UI design, a clear problem-solving process, and measurable impact on users and business outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional peers and stakeholders.
  • Passion for designing complex user journeys, attention to detail, and ability to communicate and justify design decisions effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process, from ideation to launch, including collaboration with engineers to troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality implementation.
  • Strong competence in Figma and common design tools, with experience creating interactive prototypes (Protopie, Figma, After Effects preferred).
  • Expertise in A11Y, ensuring consistency, scalability, and inclusivity.
  • Nice to have: Experience working in health tech.
  • Nice to have: Know-how using AI and LLMs to make interesting ideas from scratch.
