Responsibilities
Criar fluxos, wireframes, protótipos e interfaces visuais para produtos digitais;
Colaborar com time de Produto, Design e Desenvolvimento para garantir entregas alinhadas aos objetivos do negócio e necessidades dos usuários;
Participar de pesquisas com usuários, testes de usabilidade e análise de métricas para propor melhorias contínuas;
Garantir a consistência visual e a acessibilidade das interfaces;
Documentar decisões de design e compartilhar conhecimento com o time.
Requirements
Ensino superior completo em Design, Comunicação, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas.
Experiência como Designer UX/UI.
Portfólio comprovado de projetos digitais (sites, apps, plataformas).
Domínio de ferramentas de design como Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch ou similares.
Conhecimento sólido em princípios de UX e UI.
Experiência em criação de wireframes, protótipos e design system.
Habilidade de trabalhar em times multidisciplinares (produto, desenvolvimento, negócios).
Boa comunicação e capacidade de defender soluções de design com base em dados e pesquisas.
Diferenciais:
Experiência em empresas de tecnologia, startups ou iGaming.
Conhecimento em acessibilidade digital (WCAG, ADA, etc.).
Experiência com testes de usabilidade e pesquisa com usuários.
Experiência na condução de testes A/B e pesquisas qualitativas e quantitativas.
Familiaridade com métodos ágeis (Scrum, Kanban, entre outros).
Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
Inglês técnico para leitura e comunicação com equipes internacionais.
