Responsibilities
Responsible for supporting and coordinating daily workflow as a member of a team
Support routine processes across a variety of tools/systems utilized to forecast and order cash
Active engagement with 3rd party providers to ensure adherence to systems focused processes
Develop and enhance professional rapport with line of business partners and 3rd party providers
Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure 3rd party accountability
Plan and coordinate daily workflow
Troubleshoot systems and/or file issues through to resolution and root cause identification
Maintain critical to quality standards and adherence to service level agreements
Drive simplicity through the identification and implementation of process improvements
Produce metrics and reporting as assigned by leadership
Leverage metrics and reporting to identify trends and outliers
Requirements
High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience
At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
At least 2 years experience working in the Retail Banking Industry
Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP Certification preferred
5+ years experience working in the retail banking Industry preferred
