About the role

  • Responsible for supporting and coordinating daily workflow as a member of a team
  • Support routine processes across a variety of tools/systems utilized to forecast and order cash
  • Active engagement with 3rd party providers to ensure adherence to systems focused processes
  • Develop and enhance professional rapport with line of business partners and 3rd party providers
  • Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure 3rd party accountability
  • Plan and coordinate daily workflow
  • Troubleshoot systems and/or file issues through to resolution and root cause identification
  • Maintain critical to quality standards and adherence to service level agreements
  • Drive simplicity through the identification and implementation of process improvements
  • Produce metrics and reporting as assigned by leadership
  • Leverage metrics and reporting to identify trends and outliers

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience
  • At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • At least 2 years experience working in the Retail Banking Industry
  • Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP Certification preferred
  • 5+ years experience working in the retail banking Industry preferred
