Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting and coordinating daily workflow as a member of a team
- Support routine processes across a variety of tools/systems utilized to forecast and order cash

- Develop and enhance professional rapport with line of business partners and 3rd party providers
- Partner with appropriate stakeholders to ensure 3rd party accountability
- Plan and coordinate daily workflow
- Troubleshoot systems and/or file issues through to resolution and root cause identification
- Maintain critical to quality standards and adherence to service level agreements
- Drive simplicity through the identification and implementation of process improvements
- Produce metrics and reporting as assigned by leadership
- Leverage metrics and reporting to identify trends and outliers
Requirements
- High School Diploma, GED, or Equivalent Certification
- At least 1 year of Project or Process Management Experience
- At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
- At least 2 years experience working in the Retail Banking Industry
- Six Sigma, Lean, or PMP Certification preferred
- 5+ years experience working in the retail banking Industry preferred
