Responsibilities
- Evaluate the risk level of commercial transactions and make informed decisions
- Analyze financial statements for creditworthiness and assess client repayment capacity
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to make lending decisions and recommendations
- Monitor portfolio performance and take corrective actions when required
- Support negotiation of loan terms and ensure compliance with bank policies
Requirements
- Preferred 3 – 4 years of relevant experience in credit or lending instruments or financial operations in a corporate or banking environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; Business Administration, Finance and Accounting preferred
- Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency: Problem Solving, Collaboration, Detail-Oriented, Analytical Thinking, Loan Structuring, Regulatory Compliance, Portfolio Management, Credit Risk Assessment, Banking Operations, Microsoft Office
