Responsibilities
Understand business needs and determine when to use Flows versus when to implement code (Apex/LWC).
Deliver new features, perform secure integrations, document and review code.
Monitor the environment post go-live and propose continuous improvements.
Ensure clear communication with the team and stakeholders, working within agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
Act with an ownership mindset, produce reliable estimates, and contribute actively to the team.
Write clean code (Apex, LWC) and efficient SOQL queries while respecting platform limits.
Integrate systems via REST/SOAP APIs using Named Credentials.
Automate processes using Flows as a replacement for Workflow/Process Builder.
Ensure security (profiles, permission sets, FLS/CRUD) in both configuration and code.
Create automated tests that validate business rules, with a minimum of 75% coverage.
Use SFDX + Git and participate in the CI/CD pipeline, including deployments between sandboxes and production.
Perform data handling tasks, including modeling, migration, and manipulation of large volumes.
