maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records using CRM software
attend industry events, conferences, and training sessions
Requirements
bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in B2B sales
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas
Strong understanding of complex sales cycles and solution selling methodologies
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels
proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite
