About the role

  • Senior People & Culture Generalist engaging in comprehensive HR processes for international teams. Managing the Employee Life Cycle and optimizing HR documentation and processes within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Part of a small, high-performing team – the central point of contact for our international employees and managers
  • Actively shape the entire Employee Life Cycle and ensure our HR processes not only run but excel
  • Advise managers and the executive team on employment law and company policies
  • Prepare tailored HR documents such as employment contracts, certificates and references – based on our established standards
  • Serve as a friendly ear for our employees and support on social security, payroll tax and employment law matters
  • Ensure smooth payroll processing in close cooperation with our external payroll service provider
  • Maintain HR master data as the foundation of excellent HR work
  • Create reports, HR analyses and provide support during audits
  • Continuously improve our HR processes and proactively contribute ideas
  • Collaborate with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure new colleagues have a perfect start – including relocation and visa processes

Requirements

  • A completed degree, commercial apprenticeship or a comparable HR qualification
  • At least five years of experience in a generalist HR role — and you know what matters in day-to-day operational work
  • Good knowledge of labor, social security and tax law and the ability to apply this knowledge practically
  • Enjoy working with people from diverse cultures and demonstrate a strong service orientation
  • Communicative, empathetic and positive — and with a hands-on mentality you pitch in where others hesitate
  • Work independently, in a structured way and keep an overview even in a dynamic environment
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
  • Confident user of MS Office, especially Word and Excel
  • Experience with HR management systems (e.g., Personio, HRworks) as well as tools like Jira or Confluence is a plus
