Process payroll activities accurately and on time for employees in Brazil.
Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor and social security regulations and government reporting (eSocial).
Perform manual payroll calculations and analysis.
Serve as a key point of contact and liaison between HR, Finance, and employees.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll issues and support payroll-related inquiries.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
Proven experience in payroll processing in Brazil, preferably in a global organization, with hands-on manual payroll processing, including calculations and analysis.
Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP or similar platforms).
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation.
Proficiency in government reporting systems such as eSocial and etc.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Fluent English and Portuguese.
Be based in São Paulo or metropolitan region.
