About the role

  • Preparation and posting of invoices
  • Communication and coordination with departments
  • Management of accounts receivable master data, including maintenance and updates
  • Participation in digitization and system optimization projects
  • Monitoring and maintenance of open items lists
  • Assistance with month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes
  • Account reconciliation and resolution
  • Administration and reporting

Requirements

  • Completed commercial or business education (e.g., HAK – commercial college) or initial experience in accounting (1–3 years)
  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping
  • Strong IT affinity and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
  • High sense of responsibility, openness, discretion, teamwork and loyalty
  • Resilience to stress and a structured, precise approach to work
  • Knowledge of BMD NTCS is an advantage but not required
