About the role

  • Independently prepare operating and ancillary cost statements for residential and commercial properties
  • Monitor rent and security deposit payments
  • Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, including corrective entries
  • Prepare and execute annual accounts, monthly closings, and condominium fee statements
  • Responsible for all payment transactions and properly process booking entries
  • Manage property-level accounting and dunning processes, maintaining an overall overview

Requirements

  • Commercial/business education or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping
  • Confident and professional demeanour
  • Strong communication skills
  • Service-oriented mindset
  • Team player with an independent, structured working style
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Very good German language skills, spoken and written
