About the role

  • Lead, own, and develop a partnership strategy to scale the music, sports, and film/TV vertical across EMEA
  • Manage an existing portfolio of partners and pursue growth and upsell opportunities
  • Pitch, activate, and manage new partners
  • Work closely with EMEA Marketing and Sales to position Airwallex’s value proposition in the industry
  • Represent Airwallex at industry events and conferences, speak on panels and webinars, and frequently present to partner firms to win their business
  • Join Airwallex’s Commercial team in EMEA and build a fast-growing vertical

Requirements

  • 5+ years of work experience in partnerships, strategy, business development, or a similar role in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in fintech, spend management, and/or payments
  • Experience working in entertainment preferred
  • An existing network of partners in the Music & Entertainment industry
  • Strong commercial and strategic instincts and a history of meeting or exceeding OKRs/KPIs consistently
  • Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets (G-Suite, Looker) and building and delivering presentations for partners and clients
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Results-driven, proactive, laser-focused, commercially-minded, relationship-oriented
  • Willingness/ability to work hybrid with mandatory 3 days per week in the Fitzrovia, London office
