About the role

  • You build and manage all campaigns independently and optimize their performance daily (LinkedIn / Google Ads / Facebook, etc.)
  • You analyze and interpret all relevant KPIs (CPC, ROI, etc.) and coherently report performance developments to management
  • You monitor our budgets and allocate them optimally
  • In collaboration with your manager and external agencies, you focus on driving our revenue growth
  • You always keep the customer journey in mind
  • You regularly develop new ideas for our products, ensuring continuous improvement of our activities

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing, Data Management, etc.)
  • Relevant professional experience: at least two years of B2B online marketing experience
  • Proficient across B2B online marketing channels (SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, etc.) as well as Instagram and Facebook
  • Experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)
  • Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English — Spanish skills are a plus
