About the role
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns aligned to esynergy’s business objectives
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, content, email, social) to drive MQLs
- Create, edit, and manage content (blogs, case studies, whitepapers, sales collateral, web copy)
- Work on account-based marketing initiatives with existing clients
- Support business development through identifying opportunities, craft proposals, develop collateral
- Coordinate events (webinars, roundtables, industry conferences) and partnerships
- Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive lead nurturing strategy across all campaigns
Requirements
- Commercially aware with a focus on impact, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to translate business goals into clear marketing plans with measurable outcomes
- Hands-on capability across multiple channels (content, digital, social, events)
- Strong organisational and project management skills — comfortable handling multiple priorities
- Creative and pragmatic approach: balancing big-picture strategy with execution
- Team player with collaborative mindset and a client-service orientation
- 5–7 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally within consulting or professional services
- Proven track record of running multi-channel campaigns that deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot)
- Background in producing content for senior business/technical audiences
- Exposure to event management (online and in-person) and partnership promotion
- Previous involvement in supporting business development or sales enablement activity
