- This role drives brand growth, customer acquisition, and service innovation across digital and traditional channels, supporting all Convatec categories delivered through HSG—including Continence Care, Ostomy, and Wound Care.
- Combining strategic leadership with hands-on execution, the role oversees campaign development, budget management, and performance tracking.
- A data-driven mindset is essential, leveraging market research and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- The Senior Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams—commercial, regulatory, and global marketing—to ensure cohesive execution across diverse markets.
Requirements
- Proven track record with 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or related industry.
