About the role

  • Senior Manager driving vision and execution of field marketing tools in US Sales organization. Focusing on healthcare professional engagement in Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes markets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy, planning, and execution of new field sales tools, including digital sales aids.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Sales Enablement, and Training teams to ensure platform integration.
  • Align with US HCP Marketing and Global Product Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution across both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes segments.
  • Own MLR/Veeva submission and approval processes.
  • Partner with US Marketing Events team to develop sales tool strategies for national and local events.
  • Conduct regular field travel for feedback, tool evaluation, and message recall initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing
  • 10+ years of work experience
  • 2+ years of medical device or pharmaceutical industry marketing experience preferred
  • Experience developing and commercializing field selling tools and new products/line extensions.
  • Diabetes experience or knowledge preferred
  • Experience leading, motivating and managing a team
