Responsibilities
Define a 12–24 month AI‑first CRM strategy with agentic AI at the core (next‑best‑action, proactive prompts, autonomous follow‑ups), anchored in seller journeys and measurable business outcomes/OKRs.
Manage implementation and ongoing success of CRM products—(re)defining requirements, sprint planning, and release management across Dynamics 365 Sales, Power Platform, and key integrations.
Advise stakeholders on portfolio strategy across lifecycle phases (incubate → scale → optimize → retire), balancing foundational CRM hygiene with AI‑enhanced capabilities.
Monitor CRM/RevTech market to identify client needs and inform investment bets.
Strategically partner with Sales leadership, Global Revenue Operations and regional leaders to understand needs/priorities, shape roadmaps, and drive adoption and change management.
Collaborate with Engineering, Data/AI, and Architecture on feature ideas, experiments, and prototypes to validate value and feasibility; convert insights into release increments.
Establish guardrails and evaluation frameworks (quality, safety, bias, drift), human‑in‑the‑loop patterns, and privacy/security reviews for embedded copilots/agents.
Provide mentorship and guidance to PMs and PM leads; recruit, performance‑manage, coach, and develop careers.
Establish objectives, policies, procedures, and work plans; drive continuous improvement, risk management, and incident/quality response.
Requirements
Graduate Degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; or commensurate experience.
Typically 10+ years job‑related experience or 2-5 years of management experience, preferably in product management, digital or software product development.
Role‑specific domain (preferred): Dynamics 365 Sales (Sales Accelerator, Sequencing, Copilot, Conversation & Relationship Intelligence), Power Platform (Power Apps/Automate), CRM data models, and mobile CRM.
