Responsibilities
- Lead product strategy, portfolio planning, and lifecycle management for vapor chamber technologies.
- Translate customer and market needs into differentiated product roadmaps and scalable platforms.
- Partner with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and external partners to bring new technologies into high‑volume production.
- Drive early customer engagement with Sales/FAE teams to secure design wins and new applications.
- Lead New Technology Introduction (NTI) programs from feasibility through qualification, ramp, and mass production.
- Evaluate and develop new manufacturing partners and manage design/process transfer.
Requirements
- Strong product management and program leadership experience in advanced hardware, thermal solutions, electronics, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage complex cross‑functional programs and influence global stakeholders.
- Technical depth in thermal systems or vapor chamber technologies is highly preferred.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive technology adoption.
- STEM degree
- MBA as add-on qualification or alternative business experience
- 10+ years of professional work experience including 3+ years in a product management, marketing and/or commercial function.
- P&L experience, strong analytic capabilities, financial acumen
- Strategic mindset, sense of urgency/accountability, result orientation
- Ability to lead by influence and work across cultures, good communication and teamwork approach
- Agile and ability to quickly adapt to new subjects & challenges
