Responsibilities
Architect, build, and maintain advanced Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations.
Develop custom JavaScript scripts to extend Airtable functionality and automate complex processes.
Develop, implement, and maintain API integrations to connect Airtable with enterprise systems, marketing platforms, and creative tools.
Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with data governance and workflow best practices.
Build cross-platform automations using Airtable, APIs, and third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato).
Troubleshoot and optimize integrations between Airtable and tools such as Adobe Firefly, Frame.io, project management systems, CRM, DAM, and analytics platforms.
Monitor system performance, error handling, and reliability of all API-driven workflows.
Lead, mentor, and support another Airtable Builder to ensure alignment and consistency across builds.
Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Establish governance standards, documentation, and adoption strategies for Airtable usage and API integrations.
Requirements
3–5+ years of experience building advanced Airtable solutions at scale in a Marketing, Creative, or Operations environment.
Strong JavaScript development skills (experience with Airtable Scripts, Node.js, or similar).
Hands-on experience crafting and consuming RESTful APIs (including authentication methods such as OAuth, API keys, and webhooks).
Demonstrable ability to integrate Airtable with third-party applications and enterprise platforms.
Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato) and event-driven integrations.
Good understanding of schema design, workflow optimization, and marketing operations processes.
Previous experience leading or mentoring junior developers/builders preferred.
Superb communication, problem-solving, and partner management skills.
