Conduct thorough business assessment to analyze and understand the current state of systems and processes
Identify process transformation opportunities, design, and propose solutions that meet business requirements and improve Cx, efficiencies, effectiveness, Revenue etc.
Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations
Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager
Insurance Life and Annuity domain experience preferred
Understanding of Robotics projects
Aware of RPA capabilities available in the market
Collaborate with supporting teams (RPA, Analytics or Relevant solution) to ensure technical feasibility of solutions
Collect and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
Develop and present detailed reports to stakeholders, utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoints
Well versed with Cost Benefit Analysis and Benefit quantification
Led/mentored Lean Six Sigma project
Ability to utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana- preferred)
Act as a change management agent to ensure successful implementation of solutions
Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations
Drive enterprise adoption of these tools/techniques by internal and client showcasing
