About the role

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough business assessment to analyze and understand the current state of systems and processes
- Identify process transformation opportunities, design, and propose solutions that meet business requirements and improve Cx, efficiencies, effectiveness, Revenue etc.
- Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and milestones, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Project Manager
- Insurance Life and Annuity domain experience preferred
- Understanding of Robotics projects
- Aware of RPA capabilities available in the market
- Collaborate with supporting teams (RPA, Analytics or Relevant solution) to ensure technical feasibility of solutions
- Collect and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement
- Develop and present detailed reports to stakeholders, utilizing tools such as Excel, PowerPoints
- Well versed with Cost Benefit Analysis and Benefit quantification
- Led/mentored Lean Six Sigma project
- Ability to utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana- preferred)
- Act as a change management agent to ensure successful implementation of solutions
- Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations
- Drive enterprise adoption of these tools/techniques by internal and client showcasing
