Demand & Value Manager shaping technology solutions in banking sector. Collaborating cross-functionally with teams to drive strategic projects and create financial transparency.
Responsibilities
Shape the future, not just manage structures: You proactively develop our technology and solution landscape across platforms, services and business areas. You identify areas of action, bring people together, and are responsible for getting strategically important initiatives off the ground.
Pioneer new ground — FinOps as a strategic lever: You establish FinOps as a forward-looking control instrument: you develop consumption models, analyze cost structures, support forecasts and thus contribute to sound financial transparency in our technical solutions.
Create impact rather than merely processing requests: You analyze and evaluate requirements, connect operational needs with strategic goals, and coordinate initiatives so resources are used effectively — with attention to time, impact and relevance.
Establish a framework that provides orientation and room to act: You develop standards, templates and decision routines, maintain the central catalogue as an authoritative information source for our customers and link roadmaps to corporate objectives. This ensures value streams and initiatives progress in a structured, traceable and goal-oriented way.
Create connections between people, topics and perspectives: You work with customers, governance and DevSecOps teams, identify interdependencies early and create clarity about goals, dependencies and next steps — enabling decisions with substance and impact.
Requirements
You hold a degree in (business) informatics or business administration and have many years of relevant professional experience or an equivalent qualification.
You have experience identifying needs early, structuring technical requirements and driving effective cross-functional solutions — ideally in agile, cross-functional teams. You keep an overview of the relationships between requirements, resources and strategic value.
You possess technical understanding of IT infrastructure and platform services, feel comfortable in DevSecOps environments and can quickly familiarize yourself with financial control approaches such as FinOps.
You think strategically, analyze rapidly and derive clear, actionable measures from complex contexts — with an eye for the big picture and a focus on effectiveness.
You excel in strong communication — including storytelling — and enjoy bringing different perspectives together, preparing decisions and moving forward as a team.
You have fluent German (minimum C1) and good English skills (B2) — both are required to operate confidently in daily work.
You act responsibly, think entrepreneurially, are eager for new challenges and want to actively shape things — not just accompany them.
