Responsibilities
Contribute to the commercial performance of key pharmaceutical accounts by supporting client acquisition, retention and revenue growth.
Own workstreams within client accounts — from opportunity scoping to successful project delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams (consulting, product, data, tech) to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders at operational and mid-management levels.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities by aligning client needs with Temedica’s solutions and insights portfolio.
Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure measurable impact across projects.
Contribute to internal best practices and continuously improve how we deliver value to our pharma partners.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in top-tier consulting, strategy, or digital health environments.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial, medical, or patient engagement functions.
Proven track record in business development, client relationship management, or revenue generation.
Experience managing complex projects or workstreams with cross-functional teams.
Strategic and analytical thinker with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Full professional fluency in both English and German.
