Responsibilities
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing and high-visibility Strategy team in partnership with the Strategy Director
- Define the vector, profitability, and success for our Division's mission areas and product lines
- Service both the Strategy function as well as the Division VPGM and work productively across all levels of The Boeing Company
- Impact market leadership positions, external partnership opportunities, and technology development to support the Warfighter
- Define, contribute and/or manage Division deliverables related to Long Range Business Planning, New Business Funds, BDS Strategic Planning, and Phantom Works Strategy projects
Requirements
- Experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
- Experience in the acquisition and execution environment within the US Department of Defense (DOD) and/or the Defense Industry
- Experience developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- Knowledge of venture capital landscape, emerging technologies and global defense market trends
- 5+ years of experience leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects and initiatives
