Responsibilities

  • Lead product marketing content development to support integrated marketing campaigns focused on promoting SS&C Black Diamond Wealth Solutions.
  • Own the end-to-end content creation process, from concept to delivery for items such as whitepapers, social media posts, blogs, and more, to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the marketing campaign calendar.
  • Follow established workflows to maintain consistency, transparency, and collaboration across marketing, product, and design teams.
  • Ensure quality and brand integrity by reviewing and editing marketing content for clarity, grammar, punctuation, and adherence to brand and style guidelines.
  • Partner directly with internal product leaders to: Develop clear, differentiated solution positioning tailored to various audiences (clients, prospects, C-suite, internal teams, etc.).
  • Develop and deliver content assets, including but not limited to: Product and industry-specific blogs, Thought leadership-focused whitepapers, Byline articles, Social media content, Internal communications and award submissions, Press Releases, Sales enablement collateral (eBooks, product briefs, one-pagers, etc.).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for design requests, ensuring all creative deliverables align with brand standards and timelines.
  • Track and report on content performance, using data-driven insights to continually refine messaging and improve engagement.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in a marketing organization (B2B software or financial services experience preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of accuracy.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills for both internal and external audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to process discipline and follow-through.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and seniority levels.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to evaluating and improving content effectiveness.
  • Experience using social media as a strategic marketing channel.
  • Working knowledge of marketing and sales technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Workfront, Monday, etc.).
