Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, HR, Business, or related field
8-10+ years of compensation experience
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Advanced analytical and Excel skills
Familiarity with HRIS systems
Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
