Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in HR operations, operations, or strategy with at least 2 years in a global or regional capacity
- Expertise in HRIS systems, process optimization, and global compliance
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones
- Experience working in a matrixed, multinational organization
