About the role

  • Senior Manager of Global Compensation shaping rewards strategies and collaborating across Compensation and People Experience functions at Marsh McLennan. Leading initiatives while ensuring alignment and deliverables with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an enterprise-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) and advisor on global reward related topics
  • Lead and deliver enterprise-wide compensation strategies and programs
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration by consulting with CoE’s and HR partners
  • Support the Marsh McLennan Compensation Leader in driving strategic initiatives
  • Partner closely with People Experience Chief of Staff and CoE leaders
  • Research industry trends and best practices in rewards
  • Support regional and global project work related to reward programs
  • Apply a consultative skillset to reward-related themes

Requirements

  • Significant experience within global/international total rewards/compensation
  • A consultative mindset and client-centric approach to problem solving
  • Intellectually curious, seeking opportunities to develop new skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Discipline to work both individually and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
