About the role

  • As the ERP Product Group Manager, you will lead the technology roadmap, development and delivery of our ERP platforms.
  • You’ll ensure these systems evolve through continuous improvement and deliver reliable service under a DevSecOps model.
  • Your work will support our goal of being a world-class, data-driven regulator.
  • Expect to support a high-performing ERP Product Group of 25+ professionals, with full accountability for budget management and accurate recharging of work to sponsoring divisions and strategic projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of a diverse and impactful portfolio of work, ensuring architectural solutions align with enterprise standards and meet rigorous technology and service acceptance criteria.
  • Drive ERP optimisation across core platforms like Workday, ServiceNow, Clarizen, Atamis, CoreStream and Jira enhancing system performance, user experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with FCA teams and multiple third-party suppliers to streamline delivery, track progress against milestones and report on dependencies, risks, benefits and lessons learned.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders including the CPO and CFO to ensure backlog commitments are met, innovation is accelerated through GenAI capabilities and continuous improvement remains a core focus.
  • Provide strong line management and team leadership, fostering resilience, accountability and a calm, solutions-focused mindset essential for navigating challenges and delivering high-visibility outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum Experience managing ERP tools and SaaS platforms (ideally Workday and ServiceNow)
  • Experience overseeing a £multi-million budget, including P&L ownership, financial modelling and strategic alignment of technology investments with business outcomes
  • Experience leading and managing large (25+) teams across multiple disciplines, fostering a culture of collaboration, high-performance, and continuous improvement
  • You understand ERP system architecture and can convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Track record managing supplier relationships, ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables
  • Recognised as a credible and adaptable leader, skilled in building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and fostering cross-organisational collaboration to drive innovation.
  • Demonstrates generalist knowledge of enterprise-scale application architecture, agile methodologies and product management coaching—bringing thought leadership and enthusiasm to cutting-edge software and platform innovation.
