About the role

Responsibilities

- Create reports or presentations as necessary

Requirements
- Minimum of 7-10 years of healthcare industry experience interpreting/analyzing all aspects of a customer’s experience
- Strong knowledge of claim coding (CPT/DRG, etc.)
- Familiarity with provider networks, benefit designs, healthcare products/funding, medical management programs
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex business results
- Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using analytic/reporting applications with knowledge of SQL/SAS programming a plus
- Bachelor’s degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification
