Responsibilities
Lead the design and optimization of scalable data pipelines and architecture using platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, and relational databases.

Manage and mentor a team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts, fostering professional growth and high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with Product, Commercial, Operations, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that enhance decision-making.
Establish and enforce data governance frameworks and quality assurance practices to guarantee reliable analytics.
Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and metrics that measure operational performance and sales effectiveness.
Implement automated reporting systems to streamline delivery of sales and operational metrics.
Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives, partnering with research teams to integrate new models and scale infrastructure.
Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new technologies and analytical tools to enhance data agility and reduce manual effort.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and relational database management.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, and traditional RDBMS systems.
Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Proven ability to develop and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines for performance and scalability.
Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
