- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and metrics that measure operational performance and sales effectiveness.

- Support AI and advanced analytics initiatives, partnering with research teams to integrate new models and scale infrastructure.
- Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Business, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of data engineering, business intelligence, or analytics roles.
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and relational database management.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, and traditional RDBMS systems.
- Proficiency with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Proven ability to develop and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines for performance and scalability.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
