Responsibilities

  • Oversees a multi-faceted function of professionals and provides strategic guidance in operationalizing the business specific related programs
  • Manages a program for particular specialized functional area
  • Provides people management leadership by hiring the best talent
  • Facilitates key strategic discussions and provide thought leadership to executive audience
  • Oversees and leads a highly complex, and diverse function for an area of significant risk, complexity or scope

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree and/or 10+ years relevant experience
  • Advanced knowledge of multiple disciplines
  • Knowledge of current and emerging competitor and market trends
  • Knowledge of risk management environment, standards and regulations
  • Ability to contribute to strategic direction of the function
  • Skilled in managing budgets, P&L and resource allocation
  • Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines
