Responsibilities
- Support the UK & Ireland Leadership Team in developing and maintaining annual Strategic Priorities and a continuously evolving Operating Model to ensure effective execution.
- Facilitate the selection, prioritization, and governance of transformation projects aligned with business strategy.
- Translate complex strategic objectives into clear, actionable initiatives and ensure progress is tracked through data-driven performance metrics.
- Enhance frameworks for measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) across functions to assess effectiveness of strategy execution.
- Partner with data and analytics teams to extract insights and identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Enable departmental leaders to make evidence-based decisions by providing actionable intelligence on ROI and performance impact.
- Lead and oversee enterprise-wide transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable improvements.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all functions, fostering collaboration and accountability.

- Proven leadership experience in strategy, performance management, transformation, or related functions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience influencing senior executives.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects with measurable impact on business performance.
- Experience within a data, technology, or operational environment is highly desirable.
- Awareness or experience in Identity, Financial Crime, Risk, or Fraud domains is beneficial but not essential.
