About the role

  • Lead Reliability Excellence activities for Kimberly-Clark Manufacturing Operations in North America. Drive sustainability programs and team development for manufacturing strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Lead all Reliability Excellence activities for Kimberly-Clark Manufacturing Operations North America
  • Provide program leadership for Lean Energy and all related sustainability programs across NA operations
  • Drive double digit reduction in unplanned delay, unlocking production capacity to enable NA growth plans
  • Lead manufacturing strategy deployment process and support facility 5 year SBP
  • Build talent of staff deputies and plant operational and engineering leaders in area of reliability excellence, operations leadership, and energy management
  • Manage team member performance and career development
  • Identify, analyze and recommend manufacturing footprint improvements that reduce variability and improve predictability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, technical, or business field of study
  • 10+ years of staff and plant operational or technical experience including 1+ years in Manufacturing leadership roles (Product System Leader/ Asset Leader/ Engineering Technical Leader)
  • Demonstrated capability in building talent, critical thinking, multi-functional collaboration, influence, financial acumen including P&L proficiency, think customer/consumer, general manager mindset.
