About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as the interface between our clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
- Provide advisory support on architecture, design, and development decisions.
- Ensure that software solutions are implemented efficiently, sustainably, and are deliverable.
- Support the development team in making appropriate architectural decisions.
- Actively develop software together with the team for our clients.
- Ensure that the software architecture is practiced and adhered to within the development team.
- Discuss prioritization of development topics with stakeholders.
- Assist the development team in selecting technologies and tools.
Requirements
- University degree in an IT-related field (e.g., Computer Science or Business Informatics).
- At least 6 years of professional software development experience with Java, TypeScript, Spring, and Spring Boot.
- Experience leading development teams.
- Familiarity with design and integration patterns.
- Solid expertise in cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
- Experience designing architectures for complex software systems, e.g., using Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Experience documenting software architectures using arc42 or comparable standards.
- Knowledge of structured project and stakeholder management methodologies.
- Very good German language skills.
