Responsibilities
Responsible for implementing and maintaining technology infrastructure
Define, implement and maintain overall IT services, procedures, and processes
Direct daily operations of the IT department
Develop computer information resources to provide data security and control
Manage Linux and Windows servers
Manage M365 environment for user management and access control
Manage Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket
Manage and optimize AWS accounts
Manage building access control and backup power systems
Oversee operational budget and expenditures
Consult with users, management, vendors, and IT employees
Build and maintain vendor relationships
Requirements
>3 years of field experience
>3 years of IT experience
Knowledge of computer hardware and software, including applications and programming
Microsoft Active Directory experience
Knowledge of transmission, broadcasting, switching, control, and operation of networking systems
Detailed knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of business and management principles
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal service
